Address change after order — how does this work?
We can still make address changes as long as the package has not been shipped. Please contact shop@liniezwo.com immediately with your order number.
Which countries do we accept orders from?
We ship to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, France, Spain and Italy.
International shipping surcharge — how much is it?
We charge Zone 1 (EU neighboring countries) at 5.95 € and Zone 2 (FR/ES/IT) at 8.75 €. Germany ships free.
B
Government agencies, NGOs, hospitals — do we offer special rates?
Yes! We offer government agencies, aid organizations, NGOs, hospitals and municipalities purchase on account with 14 days payment terms. Apply here.
B2B prices — how do we get these?
We offer B2B customers with a valid VAT Identification Number (VAT ID) net prices without VAT. Enter the VAT ID at checkout.
Bancontact & iDEAL — where can we use these?
We offer Bancontact for Belgium/Luxembourg and iDEAL for Netherlands. Both are automatically available at checkout.

Denmark — what shipping costs do we charge?
We calculate Denmark as Zone 1 at 5.95 € gross including local VAT. Delivery time: 3 working days.
Average delivery times — how long are these?
We ship to Germany in 2 working days, to EU neighboring countries in 3 working days, and to FR/ES/IT in 4 working days.

eps transfer — do we offer this?
Yes, we offer eps payment for Austrian customers. The system recognizes the country address automatically.

We ship to: DE, AT, BE, LU, NL, DK, FR, ES, IT.

We calculate France as Zone 2 at 8.75 € gross. Delivery time: 4 working days.

GLS parcel service — how does our shipping work?
We ship all packages via GLS. Customers receive a shipping notification via email with tracking number.

Italy — what shipping costs and VAT do we charge?
We calculate Italy as Zone 2 at 8.75 € gross (including 22% IT VAT). Delivery time: 4 working days.
iDEAL — do we offer this for the Netherlands?
Yes, we offer iDEAL as a payment method for Dutch customers at checkout.

Purchase on account — who do we offer this to?
We offer purchase on account only to business customers (companies, government agencies, NGOs, hospitals, municipalities, cities). Payment terms: 14 days.
Credit card — how does payment work?
We offer credit card payment via PayPal. Select "Credit card" at checkout.

Delivery times — when do these start?
We calculate our delivery times from payment receipt (prepayment) or after order completion (PayPal/invoice). Sundays and public holidays excluded.
Luxembourg — what shipping costs do we charge?
We calculate Luxembourg as Zone 1 at 5.95 € gross (with 17% LU VAT). Delivery time: 3 working days.

VAT — how do we calculate this?
We calculate VAT according to your delivery country. For B2B with VAT ID, we use reverse charge (no VAT).

Reverse charge — how does this work?
We use reverse charge: B2B customers with VAT ID pay net without VAT (intra-community supply).

Spain — what shipping costs do we charge?
We calculate Spain as Zone 2 at 8.75 € gross (21% VAT). Delivery time: 4 working days.
SEPA direct debit — how does this work?
We offer SEPA direct debit. You authorize the debit at checkout — we process automatically.
Shipment tracking — how does this work?
We send an email with the GLS tracking number. Tracking is available via the GLS website.

Tyvek® wristbands — how is shipping handled?
We ship Tyvek® wristbands like all other products via GLS. Delivery time: 2-4 working days depending on country.

We need the VAT ID to calculate net prices for B2B customers for EU deliveries (reverse charge).
